Delivery fee elements
You earn on a per-delivery basis. Your earnings include the following:
- Order pickup fee
- Order drop-off fee
- Distance travelled from the restaurant to the client.
Additionally, you can qualify for the following:
- Bonuses
- Base components multipliers (in specific markets)
- Compensations
- Customer Tips (in specific markets).
The following items can be subtracted from your earnings:
- Deductions (cash adjustment, equipment, etc.)
- VAT (if you are registered).
To check your earnings, click on the Performance screen.
Earnings for orders with multiple drop-offs
If there is one pickup location with separate drop-offs:
- You earn one pickup fee
- A drop-off fee for each delivery address
- The distance from the pickup location to customer one, then customer two.
If there are separate pickup locations with different drop-offs:
- You earn a pickup fee for each pickup
- A drop-off fee for each delivery address
- The distance from the pick-up location, to the pickup location, to the drop-off location, to the final drop-off location.
