Certain vehicle categories will be automatically activated based on your profile when you register as a driver. However, some categories require your consent and further action to be activated. Here's how you can activate these categories.

• Door2Door: Can be requested via Google form ↗.
• Taxi: Can be requested by uploading a Category A license as a document in the Driver Portal. If you have already uploaded the document, please wait for our team to activate the category.
• Travel/Airport: Activated only for branded vehicles. You can find the instructions for branding your vehicle in the Driver Guide.
