We kindly ask that you plan long trips ahead and ensure that you always have enough fuel to reach a gas station that accepts our fuel cards, and to always use the fuel card to pay.
However, if you realise that the vehicle does not have enough fuel to reach the nearest station, you can pay for the fuel yourself. To receive a refund, please keep the receipt and send the following details to us via the app:
- Your full name
- Bank details
- A clear photo of the receipt from the gas station
- The reason you did not use the fuel card or did not refuel at a gas station that accepts our fuel cards.
