Check the map to confirm if you're located in an area where you will be able to finish your ride:
- When zoomed out of the map, you'll see the main city borders and nearby town areas in green - you won't be able to finish a ride outside of these areas
- When zoomed in, the red areas are the prohibited zones - you can park the car in the transparent areas.
Some vehicles, such as vans and convertibles, have different parking areas. Select your vehicle, to see available parking spots marked transparently on the map.
Find a parking space in the allowed parking zone, check the local parking regulations, and safely park the vehicle.
You can park free of charge in the following areas in the allowed parking zone:
- In public street parking spaces located inside the defined Service Area
- Other parking areas indicated in the app as the allowed parking zones
You cannot end a trip in:
- Private parking areas and in areas where the regular rules for parking don't allow it.
- Restricted parking spaces where the restriction applies within 48 hours after parking
- Residential parking areas
- Parking spaces for e-vehicles
- Covered parking facilities such as multi-story car parks and parking garages
Before finishing the ride, make sure to:
- attach the car keys and fuel card to the key holder with the magnetic key ring
- take all your belongings with you
- close all windows and doors and then finish the ride in the app.
Keep in mind that if you receive a parking fine for unpaid or illegal parking, you will be responsible to pay for it.
