Document Requirements
The following documents are required to register your fleet with Bolt in Italy.
Important Note: Upload high-quality photos or scans of your original documents.
- ID Document of the Legal Representative (front and back)
- Chamber of Commerce Certificate (CCIAA Certificate)
- Bank Statement
- SDI Company Information
- Certificate of Registration for VAT
For each vehicle you wish to register:
- NCC Licence
- Vehicle Insurance
- Vehicle Registration Certificate
For each driver you wish to register:
- Profile Photo
- ID Card (front and back)
- Driver's Licence
- Professional Qualification Certificate (CAP)
- Registration in the Professional Registry
You can add drivers directly through your fleet portal, or send them a customised registration link so they can sign up and upload documents themselves.
ID Document of the Legal Representative
A valid national identity card of the company's legal representative is required to verify their identity.
What You'll Need:
- Upload a clear photo of the front of the legal representative's national identity card.
- Upload a clear photo of the back of the legal representative's national identity card.
- The document must not be expired.
Bank Statement
A bank statement is required to verify the banking details linked to your fleet account.
What You'll Need:
- Upload a copy of the bank statement that corresponds with the banking details of the fleet.
- All information must be readable and not blurry.
Chamber of Commerce Certificate (CCIAA Certificate)
An official document issued by the Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio) certifying the data and activities of your business.
What You'll Need:
- Upload a clear photo of your Chamber of Commerce certificate.
- All information must be readable and not blurry.
SDI Company Information
A screenshot from the electronic invoicing portal (SDI) is required.
What You'll Need:
- Provide a screenshot of the company profile section on the SDI electronic invoicing portal ↗.
- The screenshot must clearly show both the recipient code (Codice Destinatario) and the tax regime (Regime Fiscale).
- All information must be readable and not blurry.

Per-Vehicle Documents
The following documents are required for each vehicle you register with Bolt.
NCC Licence
An NCC licence (Noleggio con Conducente) is required for each vehicle.
What You'll Need:
- The licence must be within its validity period.
- All information must be readable and not blurry.
Vehicle Insurance
Valid vehicle insurance is required for each registered vehicle.
What You'll Need:
- Upload a clear photo of your vehicle insurance document.
- The insurance must not be expired.
Vehicle Registration Certificate
The vehicle registration certificate (Carta di Circolazione) certifies the registration and technical data of the vehicle.
What You'll Need:
- Upload a clear photo of the vehicle registration certificate.
- All information must be readable and not blurry.
Per-Driver Documents
The following documents are required for each driver you register with Bolt.
You can add drivers directly through your fleet portal, or send them a customised registration link so they can sign up and upload documents themselves.
Profile Photo
A profile photo helps riders recognise the driver.
What You'll Need:
- Upload a clear picture on a plain background.
- Remove any hats, caps, sunglasses or hoodies (exceptions: eyeglasses or religious headwear).
ID Card (front and back)
A valid identity card is required to verify the driver's identity.
What You'll Need:
- Upload a clear photo of the front of the driver's identity card.
- Upload a clear photo of the back of the driver's identity card.
- The document must not be expired.
Driver's Licence
A valid driver's licence is required to operate a vehicle legally.
What You'll Need:
- Upload a clear photo of the front of the driver's licence.
- Upload a clear photo of the back of the driver's licence.
- The licence must not be expired.
Professional Qualification Certificate (CAP)
The Professional Qualification Certificate (CAP — Carta di Qualificazione del Conducente) authorises the holder to drive vehicles used for the transport of people or goods.
What You'll Need:
- The document must be within its validity period.
- All information must be readable and not blurry, especially the licence number, date of birth, and expiration date.
Registration in the Professional Registry
A certificate attesting the driver's registration in the Drivers' Register (Ruolo Conducenti), issued by the Chamber of Commerce.
