Editing your menu

You can add or edit your menu in one of three ways. Through the:

  • Provider portal 
  • Integrated POS system
  • Support platform (in-app or email)

When contacting Support, please send the request 7 days before the change needs to appear in the app. Kindly provide the following information:

  • Menu category
  • Menu item 
  • Item specifications, e.g. item description, price, size, etc.
  • Dietary specifications, e.g. vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.
  • Options, e.g. extra toppings, sauces, condiments, etc.
  • Number of options possible, i.e. how many can the customer order
  • Photo of the item (optional)
  • Date when the menu should be live in the app. 

NoteIt is only possible to manage your menu through one of the three options. If you would like to switch between either option, a new menu needs to be created in the chosen management tool. Please expect downtime in this case.
