When ending your scooter trip please ensure that you park safely within the parking zone, and don’t leave the scooter in the way of traffic or pedestrians.

Parking a scooter incorrectly may lead to your account being temporarily suspended. Some examples of incorrect parking are:

• Parking the scooter on a road or in the way of traffic
• Parking a scooter in a way that obstructs commuters’ normal access to sidewalks
• Parking in front of public and private spaces, such as a driveway or entrance
• Parking the scooter in a way that blocks access to other scooters or vehicles.

If your account has been suspended, you will be notified about the reason. The suspension will be lifted automatically after 24 hours.
