To change your fleet’s bank details, please send an email to sweden-signup@bolt.eu from the registered fleet owner’s email address. The email must contain the following information:
- Account number and clearing number (or IBAN and BIC/SWIFT)
- A photo of the fleet owner who holds their driver's license or ID card next to their face
- PDF version of a bank statement, or a screenshot of the bank details where the new bank account details are visible to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information
Note: Payments are sent on Monday morning. Any changes to bank details need to be sent to us by Thursday morning the latest in order to be updated for the following week. Bank details sent to us after Thursday morning will be adjusted with an additional week lead time, and paid out on the next Monday the week after.
