Children and teenagers under 18 years of age should be accompanied by an adult when travelling with Bolt. Drivers are allowed to reject an order requested for a child or by a person under 18.

If you are travelling with a child that needs a special seat to be transported, please use the Booster Seat category that is available in the app. All vehicles in the Booster Seat category are equipped with one booster seat that is designed for a child weighing 15-36 kg (EU compliant).

However, if this special category is busy and/or if you have your own child/booster seat, you can request any other category as long as you bring an appropriate child seat with you.

Please note that the driver may refuse the ride if safety rules are not followed. In these cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
