Please check for availability in the app. If there is no special category in your city, we recommend contacting the driver after requesting a ride to ask if they have a child seat in their vehicle. If not, please provide your own child seat.
Please note that for safety and road regulation reasons, the driver may cancel the request if no child seat is available. Drivers are not required to have a child seat in their vehicles. If needed, you may provide your own child seat.
Children and teenagers under 18 years of age can’t travel alone without an adult accompanying them. Drivers are allowed to reject an order requested for a child or by a person under 18.
