How to change my bank account details in Paraguay, El Salvador and Honduras

To change your bank account information, please contact our Support team via the app and provide your new account details. 

Bank details requirements

  • The account holder name must consist only of capital letters from A to Z and numbers. There should not be any special symbols.
  • The IBAN consists of numbers only and has up to 16 digits
  • The branch code is up to 3 digits
  • Personal ID is correct
    • Natural person: the ID consists of digits only
    • Company: the ID consists of digits with a dash, for example 12345678-9
