Parking with Bolt Drive in Warsaw

Free parking during the ride

  • In the city's Paid Parking Zone (SPPN) — Bolt covers the fee automatically, you don't need to buy a ticket.
  • In other publicly accessible locations marked in the app as permitted for ending the ride.

Stopping during the ride — at your own expense

  • Private parking lots (e.g. at a shop, in an office building) — you can stop there, but you pay yourself and must follow the rules of the location (time limits, parking disc, etc.).
  • Other paid parking lots outside the SPPN — in this case you also cover the parking costs yourself.

You cannot end the ride

  • In private parking lots — even if they are not yet marked in the app. Leave the car in a location accessible to other Bolt Drive users.
  • In no-parking zones visible on the map in the app during the ride.
  • In multi-story car parks, parking garages, or any other covered parking facility, even if they are publicly accessible.
  • In resident-only parking zones.
  • In designated parking spaces for electric vehicles and in spaces designated for people with disabilities.
  • In parking spaces for other car-sharing companies.

Who pays if I receive a parking fine?

You are personally responsible for parking fines and any related handling fees. Always follow local parking and traffic regulations — the coverage of no-parking zones may change.

How do I know where I can park?

From the map in the app during the ride — no-parking zones are marked there. If a location looks like a private parking lot or you are not sure whether it is accessible to other users, choose a different parking spot.
