Ring/knock for the customer’s attention. In case there is no response, please make sure to follow the steps in this process:
Call the customer at least 3 times and send at least 2 chat messages in a 10-minute frame to inform them of your arrival. Let the customer know that the order will be disposed of if they don’t pick it up.
If the customer is still unresponsive, dispose of the order. There is no need to contact Support. Choose one of the disposal methods below:
For orders disposed of via the link
- Fill out the disposal form ↗
- Dispose of the order and send the proof of disposal + screenshot of the call log with the customer via the disposal link
- Enter 0 as the value of the order in-app and mark the order as delivered
- The submitted order entry will be verified by the Support team. No further action is necessary.
For orders disposed of at a disposal hub
- Scan the QR code to access the disposal hub form
- Enter the order details and upload the screenshot of the call log with the customer in the form
- Select the disposal hub’s name and the recipient name’s + hub pin
- Enter 0 as the value of the order in-app and mark the order as delivered
- The submitted order entry will be verified by the Support team. No further action is necessary.
