My delivery bag is broken

Please contact Support or your fleet owner in case you’re working under a fleet immediately to inform us if you are having a problem with your bag. If possible, provide a picture of the bag as well.

This includes: 

  • Bags spoiled by spilt liquids or food items
  • Missing or stolen bags
  • Insulation issues (i.e. the bag does not keep the temperature of the items).
