The available categories are based on city and vehicle requirements:
Tbilisi
- Bolt: The maximum vehicle age is 15 years. Vehicles from 2010 and newer are eligible.
- Premium: The maximum vehicle age is 10 years. Vehicles from 2015 and newer are eligible. (The driver must speak Georgian.)
- Basic: The maximum vehicle age is 22 years. Vehicles from 2003 and newer are eligible.
- XL: The maximum vehicle age is 22 years. Vehicles from 2003 and newer are eligible.
- Bolt Send: This category is available to all drivers upon registration.
- Pet: This category is available to all drivers upon registration.
- Tesla: This category is available only for Tesla vehicles.
- Electric: This category is available only for electric vehicles.
- Premium Plus: This category is available for 2017+ vehicles with an "A" category taxi license and Bolt branding. More details can be found at this link.
- Taxi: Can be requested by uploading a Category A license as a document in the Driver Portal. If you have already uploaded the document, please wait for our team to activate the category.
- Travel/Airport: Activated only for branded vehicles. You can find the instructions for branding your vehicle in the Driver Guide.
Batumi
- Bolt: The maximum vehicle age is 18 years. Vehicles from 2007 and newer are eligible.
- Premium: The maximum vehicle age is 13 years. Vehicles from 2012 and newer are eligible. (The driver must speak Georgian.)
- Basic: The maximum vehicle age is 30 years. Vehicles from 1995 and newer are eligible.
- XL: The maximum vehicle age is 30 years. Vehicles from 1995 and newer are eligible.
- Bolt Send: This category is available to all drivers upon registration.
- Pet: This category is available to all drivers upon registration.
Kutaisi
- Bolt: The maximum vehicle age is 30 years. Vehicles from 1995 and newer are eligible.
- Premium: The maximum vehicle age is 16 years. Vehicles from 2009 and newer are eligible. (The driver must speak Georgian.)
- XL: The maximum vehicle age is 30 years. Vehicles from 1995 and newer are eligible.
Rustavi
- Bolt: The maximum age for this category is 15. Cars from 2010 or newer are eligible.
- Premium: The maximum age for this category is 10. Cars from 2015 or newer are eligible (driver must speak Georgian).
- Basic: The maximum age for this category is 22. Cars from 2003 or newer are eligible.
Bakuriani/Stepantsminda
- XL: This category is available for all minivan-type vehicles.
- SUV: This category is available for all off-road vehicles.
- Delica: This category is available only for Delica vehicles.
Gori/Zugdidi/Telavi/Poti
- Bolt: Available for all vehicles.
