How to pay the commission?

You can pay the commission to Bolt via the terminal or online transaction:

  • In the terminal, choose taxi services and find Bolt
  • In the e-wallet, choose the company Yığım, then proceed with the transaction and use Bolt company number (1000)

Please always ensure that you use your unique reference number and phone number associated with your driver account for the transactions.

You can find your reference number in the monthly invoice footer, or by clicking on the Pay to Bolt button in the app.

How long does it take to process the payment?

Once the payment has been made, it can take up to 1 hour for the amount to be visible in your balance.
