Bolt charges a commission from the final price per order. The commission fee applies to both cash and in-app rides, and cancellation fees. The commission doesn’t apply to tips, bonuses, or additional airport or toll fees.
Bolt commission fee for private hire car (PHV) companies
- 25% in all currently active cities, excluding Nuremberg
- 29% specifically in Nuremberg
Bolt service fee for Taxi companies
- 13% in all currently active cities where Taxi operations are live
Commission is calculated automatically and deducted from the weekly earnings. You can see the sum of the commission fee charged in the Earnings view.
