If you are travelling with a child that needs a special seat to be transported, please use the Child Seat category that is available in the app. All vehicles in the Child Seat category are equipped with EU compliant child seats designed for children weighing 15-36 kg.

However, if this special category is busy and if you have your own child seat, you can request any other category and bring the child seat with you.

Please note that for safety and road regulation reasons, the driver may cancel the request if no child seat is available. In this case, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
