I have an issue with an order drop-off in Ghana

Follow these guidelines if you experience problems with an order drop-off, and you won’t be able to deliver the order:

  • If you are within a radius of 8 km of the Bolt office, please deliver the order to the office. Please visit our website and select the city to see the office location and contact details.
  • If you are not within the radius, please dispose of the meal and fill out the proof of meal disposal form. Your balance will be adjusted once the form is reviewed.
