As part of our ongoing partnership with TMS at Copenhagen Airport, all drivers driving TMS trips are required to comply with a specific dress code.
Why It Matters
The appearance of drivers directly impacts passenger perception. TMS has emphasized that drivers must be well-presented, clean, and uniform in style. Failure to comply with these standards will result in exclusion from TMS trips at Copenhagen Airport.
What You Must Wear
To meet the TMS dress code, all drivers must wear the following while driving at TMS:
-
Black trousers
(No jeans – as denim fades with time. Shorts, joggers, or athletic wear are not allowed.) -
Black polo shirt or black shirt
(Plain, with no visible logos. Polo shirts are preferred.) -
Closed black shoes
(Clean and in good condition.) -
Black socks
(To match trousers and shoes.)
Recommended during colder seasons:
-
Black blazer, vest, sweater, or jacket (Plain, unbranded)
-
Shirts must always be worn tucked in. Casual wear such as hoodies, sportswear, or caps is not permitted.
-
Furthermore, due to TMS and that they require that drivers are identifiable as drivers, you will have to wear a badge/name sign written TAXI.
-
You may order this badge from Badgeland ↗ or any other supplier of your choice. Please ensure the badge meets the following specifications:
-
Black background and white TAXI text
-
Circular badges: Must have a minimum diameter of 56 mm. The word “TAXI” must be centered and occupy at least 50% of the badge’s surface area, as illustrated in the reference image.
-
Rectangular badges: Must have minimum dimensions of 40 mm x 60 mm. The word “TAXI” must also be centered and cover at least 50% of the badge’s surface area.
Make sure the design is clearly visible and adheres to these guidelines regardless of the shape selected.
