You can manage and change your payment method before placing your order by selecting it in the Payments menu option. Before confirming the order, you will also see the chosen payment method in the dropdown section under categories.
In Azerbaijan, customers may pay for the order with the following payment methods:
- Cash
- In-app: Cards, Apple pay
- Business
Always check that you have selected the correct payment method before requesting a ride. It is not possible to change it once the trip has started or to charge a different payment method at a later stage.
For the in-app payment method please keep in mind, that you're paying to the Bolt platform directly, not to the driver. And as the Bolt platform acts as an intermediary in such payments, there is no need to pay extra cash amounts to the drivers directly.
