How to pay Bolt commission in Ukraine?

How to pay commission?
You can pay the Bolt commission using the City24 payment service. You can make a payment through a terminal, using a mobile application, or through the City24 website.
- Payment via City24 terminal:
- on the main screen, select Service search, then Others
- find and press the Bolt Food icon
- select payment method:
- Cash
- OTP Bank card
- press Next
- enter your reference number and press Next
- deposit funds
- if you select another payment method, follow the instructions on the screen
- Make sure you always use the personal reference number and phone number associated with your courier account for making a payment.
- Pay attention to the minimum and maximum payment amounts.
- You don't have to print a receipt but you can take a photo of it or visit your personal City24 account, where all your receipts are available for viewing and downloading.
How to check the payment status?
You can check the payment status via the City24 webpage or terminal.

- open the City24 mobile app
- on the main screen, select Статус платежу (Payment status)
- enter the receipt number indicated on the check (if you don’t know the receipt number, contact City24 technical support)
- press Далi (Next)

- on the main screen, select Статус платежу (Payment status)
- enter the receipt number and press Далi (Next)
How to find the courier reference number?
You can find your reference number in the bottom left corner of your monthly invoice..
How long does it take to process a payment?
After the payment is made, the amount will appear on your balance within 15 minutes. In some rare cases, payment processing may take up to 3 business days.
