How to apply for
service provider card

Go to Consumer Protection & Technical Regulatory Authority Page;

Log in with your ID-card, Mobile-ID, or via Smart-ID;

Make sure you log in as a private person (you can see that in the upper right corner).

Choose “Submit an application for permit”.

Choose Transport;

Select Teenindajakaart;

Enter your data;
-
Press “Save” and then “Next step”.

4. Manually enter your driving licence number by clicking “Sisesta käsitsi”;

5. Choose the service area under “Maakond” and “Omavalitsus”;

6. Tick the box “Jah” next to “Taksovedu IÜT vahendusel”;

7. Press “Esita” to submit;

Check that the application has been successfully submitted, i.e. “Taotluse esitamine õnnestus”;
-
You will receive a confirmation about the application via e-mail;
-
You will need to pay the state fee as well (we recommend doing it right away).

How to pay for the
service provider card

Open the same website you used to apply for a service provider card.

From the left menu, select “Oluline info”.

Find the right local government's bank details and pay the state fee;

The local government has 7 business days to process the application.
