Bolt category

 

We’re constantly looking to improve our service quality by gathering feedback from both drivers and riders.

 

Based on the feedback from our users and our market analysis, we have decided to implement some changes in our vehicle requirements in Tallinn.  We will be raising the manufacturing year requirement for the Bolt category from 2011 to 2013 and later. Any vehicle manufactured before 2013 will be transferred to the Basic category.

 

This change is aimed at improving service quality, enhancing the overall user experience, and increasing your earnings.

 

Please note that these category updates for Tallinn city will be effective on 1 November 2023.

Comfort category

 

We have also made adjustments to our Comfort category vehicle list based on rider feedback. Please check our requirements here.

 

In addition to having an approved vehicle, your average Acceptance Rate (based on the preceding 30 days) must be at least 60%.

 

Safe driving tips

 

We want to remind you of some best practices when driving with Bolt to ensure safety for both you and your passengers:

 

• Always follow local road rules, speed limits and regulations.

• Avoid using your phone for anything other than navigation.

• Before starting a trip, ensure all riders are in the vehicle and have fastened their seatbelts. After ending the trip, make sure that all passengers have left the vehicle and it is safe to move.

• When completing the order, please make sure that you have stopped at a spot where the rider can exit the vehicle safely.

 

Please note that if you ever have any doubts about the safety of a trip, you can always refuse service.

 

Price reviews

 

If you are ever in doubt about the final price of your order, the rider pays less or leaves without paying, please let us know by submitting a price review.

The following information is important if you are participating in our sticker campaign.

 

Due to some changes in our monthly bonus calculation system we are asking you to submit your pictures by 29 October, 11:59 pm. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause. 🙏🏼

 

Please note that this change will be permanent and each month the deadline for submitting pictures will be different.

Keep an eye on our newsletters at the beginning of each month to not miss important information.

 

We would need you to send photos of both sides of your car.

• Pictures can be taken in any location.

• The date of taking the pictures must be clearly visible on the windshield of the car (photos must be taken during the month of October).

• The first picture - must be taken so that the driver's side and licence plate are visible. In addition, the front left door of the car must be open.

• The second picture - must be taken so that the other side of the car and the front licence plate are visible. In addition, the front right door of the car must be open

• Photos should be uploaded here.

 

Kindly note that a Google account is required to access the link. If you do not have it and do not want to create one, you can ask someone to upload the pictures for you.

 

If you have submitted the pictures through Google Forms and our support team has not contacted you in the span of 7 days, it means that your submission was successful. 💪

 

In case you are having trouble uploading, please visit our walk-in centre and we will assist you with the process.

Please pay attention to the examples of the images presented in the form.

NB! You must upload your pictures no later than 29 October, 11:59 pm. 🚨
