Issue with app notifications

The courier app will send you a notification when there is a delivery request. 

To receive these notifications, please avoid:

  • Locking your device
  • Putting the app in the background
  • Putting your device in something (a bag, pocket, etc.)

If you are not receiving app notifications, please make sure that:

  • The device is not on Mute
  • The device volume is turned up
  • The Do not disturb mode is turned off
  • The battery and data saving modes are turned off
  • Your device is not connected to a sound port (Aux) 
  • The app has permission to send sound notifications:
