Senior Strategy Analyst

This is a full-time permanent employment opportunity with a negotiable monthly salary ranging between €3400-€4400 gross.

About the role
You will be leading local operations projects and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Oversee programs and projects focused on business growth and process enhancements, aiming to deliver outstanding service to riders and drivers.
Engaging in Business Development to identify new revenue opportunities, forge partnerships, and negotiate and structure contracts, including collaborations with driver and vehicle fleets, local businesses.
Formulate and execute strategies to improve the value proposition for drivers and riders, increase the supply base, and enhance performance and retention.
Develop analytical models and reporting systems, analyse data to optimise Bolt’s marketplace health for drivers and riders.
Conducting and benchmarking market research to understand trends and compare company performance against competitors.
Driving growth and revenue by achieving operational milestones and ensuring active collaboration between local operations and HQ teams to meet business objectives.

What we expect
About you:

You have 4+ years of experience in analytical, operations, and entrepreneurial positions.
You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Lithuanian.
You have demonstrated expertise in working with financial data and a proven ability to interpret and analyze numerical information effectively.
You are skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, with nice-to-haves like Looker and/or Tableau.
You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.
You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
