About the role
The Program Manager - Bolt Business will play a key role in leading the execution and operational success of Bolt Business rides. This role will support the Senior Program Manager by managing specific workstreams, ensuring smooth execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the experience of our business customers. The ideal candidate will focus on operational efficiency, process optimization, and program implementation while maintaining solid collaboration with internal stakeholders.
The role requires deep project execution skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams to drive impact at scale.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Optimizing B2B ride service levels by improving ride reliability, demand-supply balance, and category adoption (Comfort, Premium, Luxury)
Developing and implementing standardized workflows to enhance efficiency, automation, and scalability in business ride operations
Supporting market expansion and new use cases (Scheduled Rides, Airport & Venue Rides, B2B Package Delivery) by ensuring operational readiness.
Driving data-backed decision-making by tracking key KPIs (conversion rates, ride fulfillment, retention, NPS) and refining execution strategies.
Leading cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Central Operations, and Marketing to align B2B initiatives and drive business goals.
Improving fleet availability and service quality by working with Supply teams to optimize the supply of EVs, Premium, XL fleets, etc.

You have demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area.

You have great analytical and problem-solving skills.
