Head of Product Design, Ridehailing
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product Design to oversee the Ride-hailing and Business Product Design teams. You will also collaborate with other product verticals and functions within Bolt, to drive and execute UX- and business strategy across the organization.

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll be managing and developing a high-performing team of UX professionals and their managers; together you will drive the development of exceptional experiences that meet both user and business needs.
About the role
As a Senior Product Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for working directly with senior executives and leaders within the organization, making high-level decisions that impact the overall direction of the organization.
Additionally, you should excel in supporting the professional growth of your direct reports, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, challenging current solutions, and enhancing the overall user experience across the organization.
