Senior Payroll Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to play a key role in the payroll processing & accounting of all international locations where Bolt is present.

About the role
As a Senior Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of the global end-to-end payroll process, ensuring that Payroll performance is consistently satisfactory based on the defined metric targets.
You will identify and implement changes in payroll processes for continuous improvement, and ensure payroll health is in compliance with internal and external control framework. You will also act as a key driver and first point of contact on regional payroll queries with internal and external staff.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Managing the full end-to-end delivery of Global payroll in area of responsibility
Managing the more complex payrolls to ensure the continued success of the payroll
Ensuring payroll is delivered on time and accurately whilst maintaining satisfactory payroll service metrics
Monitoring payroll processes to ensure they meet legal compliance and Company Code of Business Process requirements
Demonstrating expertise in payroll business processes and understanding assigned and cross-functional areas, developing and providing training and education
What we expect
About you:
You will have strong knowledge of payroll in multiple global locations, including gross-to-net calculation, regional and local pay practices, gained within an integrated environment. Experience of African payrolls would be nice to have but is not mandatory
You will bring knowledge of pre/post-tax benefit deductions, fringe benefits, equity, gross-ups, and their impact on net pay
You have an ability to efficiently perform several tasks concurrently and work independently
You have outstanding stakeholder management skills honed within a challenging international environment
You will have a high standard of business English - additional German or Polish language skills would be a bonus
You have a good understanding of modern payroll systems, including Deel or Papaya, and experience with Workday would be useful
