About the role

The Incentives Product team operates across all Bolt verticals, driving long-term, sustainable growth by investing in those who bring our platform to life – our users. At its core, the Incentives team develops data-driven products to improve investment allocation and enable precise user targeting at scale, empowering our verticals to execute impactful growth strategies. Incentives also extend its scope to cross-vertical user engagement through the Bolt Plus subscription service.

We are looking for a dedicated Data Analytics Manager in the Rides Growth domain, focusing on Bolt’s largest business vertical, to supercharge the growth of our business.

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be acting as a partner in driving our strategic decisions, goal-setting and cross-functional projects. Working closely with leadership, you will have a direct impact on the development and growth of all of the internal products at one of Europe's fastest-growing tech startups.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of 5+ Product Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence to build a high-performing analytics team that stays ahead of industry standards
Partner in defining the vision and strategic goals for the Rides Growth domain, translating them into a clear, actionable roadmap for Product Analytics. Drive discovery efforts to uncover opportunities, validate concepts, and ensure insights inform prioritization and impactful product solutions
Own and drive the development of robust methodologies to accelerate time-to-market, experimentation accuracy, and deliver reliable, actionable insights
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Science, Engineering, and other stakeholders from vertical leadership to align analytics initiatives with strategic objectives and ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects
What we expect
About you:
You have 6+ years of experience working in Data Analytics within product companies, including at least 2+ years in a managerial role with a track record of leading high-performing medium-sized teams
You have solid hands-on experience in designing, running, and interpreting experiments to drive product decisions
You hold a university degree in Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field
You are fluent in verbal and written English and possess superb communication and leadership skills, with the ability to decompose complex solutions and insights into a straightforward narrative for the rest of the company
You can relate to the one who has good business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in Data Analytics and management within fast-paced startup environments is a great advantage. Additionally, experience in any of the following areas would be a strong plus: advanced experimentation, causal inference, spatiotemporal analytics, data modelling, behavioural economics, and/or pricing strategies
