As a Repair & Warranty Manager, you will be a key player in optimizing our supply chain by expertly managing the repair and warranty process. You will be responsible for planning and managing all central repair activities, from components to the final product, ensuring efficient operations and minimal downtime. This includes establishing and overseeing in-house repair facilities and coordinating repairs across multiple locations.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, proactively managing and communicating all repair and warranty activities. You will own the warranty and compensation process, collaborating with the procurement team to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely claims resolution. By analyzing repair data and identifying trends, you will play a crucial role in improving product quality and overall supply chain performance."
