About the role

As a Repair & Warranty Manager, you will be a key player in optimizing our supply chain by expertly managing the repair and warranty process. You will be responsible for planning and managing all central repair activities, from components to the final product, ensuring efficient operations and minimal downtime. This includes establishing and overseeing in-house repair facilities and coordinating repairs across multiple locations.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, proactively managing and communicating all repair and warranty activities. You will own the warranty and compensation process, collaborating with the procurement team to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely claims resolution. By analyzing repair data and identifying trends, you will play a crucial role in improving product quality and overall supply chain performance."

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Draw up plans and solutions for component repair, compare different scenarios, and present them to the stakeholders
Optimize repair processes to minimize disruption to operations and ensure timely delivery
Own the warranty process, initiate warranty cases
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to repair costs, turnaround time, and warranty claims
Work together with the procurement team to initiate warranty cases to suppliers
What we expect
About you:
Proven project management skills, preferably from B2B sector
You possess a solid understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Hands-on experience in production management.
You possess a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical components
You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with our cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders, and you are fluent in English
Micromobility experience is a plus
