Senior Product Manager, Merchant Engagement

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Bolt’s Food & Groceries delivery vertical in Tallinn or Berlin, our headquarters. In this role you will support and execute the strategy of the Merchant domain, a domain responsible for the supply part of our delivery marketplace. You will have full ownership of product strategy, roadmap and development priorities while managing a cross-functional team of product analysts, data scientists and engineers to ideate, build, measure and ship solutions that will enable the growth and profitability of the vertical. About the role

As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for defining the product strategy for your domain based on the group’s strategy.

We’re looking for someone that is able to contribute directly to the group’s strategy, and define measurable success metrics on the P&L level.

Your ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross functional stakeholders, and influence their strategy and decision making, will be essential to your success in this role.

You will be responsible for the delivery of projects cross-functionally, taking ownership of implementation, and suggesting improvement across the business.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Defining the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with domain(s) and/or vertical objectives and user needs
Designing experiments for deliverables (with your analytics partner) to inform product decisions and positioning.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch.
Prioritization of features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and data analysis.
Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure product success and iterate on the product based on data insights.
Leading and facilitating product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews and act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters (in your domain(s) and/or vertical) and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
What we expect
About you:
You possess proven experience as a senior product manager or in a related role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company.
You have demonstrated success in launching and scaling successful products in a similar domain.
You have a strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) along with experience in utilizing product management tools.
Your strengths include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Your communication and collaboration skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
You have a proficient command of spoken and written English.
