Senior Program Manager, Fleet Financing

About the role
The Senior Program Manager in our Fleets department plays a pivotal role in leading and driving the successful execution of complex programs. They leverage their deep program area expertise, strategic thinking and leadership skills to ensure alignment with organisational goals, efficient resource allocation and the achievement of measurable results. They build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster collaboration across teams and provide mentorship to program managers, ensuring smooth program execution and exceeding expectations.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Analyse processes and data to identify opportunities for fleet owners that directly address Bolt Rides division’s business objectives and priorities.
Prioritise key opportunities for the business and plan, design and project manage programs aligned towards domain KPIs (Fleet Finished rides, Online Hours/Vehicle).
Lead the end to end implementation of programs through stakeholder collaboration and key partnerships (when needed).
Define and achieve program’s success metrics and give visibility on their goals, plans and progress to the business.
Execute on the operational framework, guidelines and playbook to support the above so as to achieve strategic business goals.
Closely collaborate with central teams such as Product, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing and Country operations teams to develop and execute key programs that drive growth and efficiency.

Minimum 7 years of experience in program management or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
