Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the Engineering Department, we're dedicated to hiring top talent in Software Engineering, Mobile Development, Site Reliability, Cybersecurity, and beyond. This role demands proactive funnel building, effective stakeholder management, and a focus on data-driven continuous improvement initiatives. (edited).

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Use data and metrics to track and optimize recruiting effectiveness.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex roles, from sourcing to closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Maintain a diverse talent pipeline and enhance employer branding.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
What we expect
About you:
You have 5+ years of experience in global recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management.
You have proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across functions and geographies.
You have strong knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
You have excellent data analysis, communication, and consulting skills.
You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
