We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to join our HQ Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping hiring strategies, identifying top talent, and driving recruitment initiatives to support our organization's growth.

About the role
As Lead Recruiter, you'll shape and execute the global talent acquisition strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders to align hiring efforts with business goals. You will lead recruitment for senior, complex, and global roles across Central Operations. Leveraging data, you'll optimize processes, mentor the Talent Acquisition team, and focus on achieving productivity, efficiency, and DEI goals while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Design and implement a scalable global recruitment strategy aligned with business growth.
Leverage data to monitor key recruiting metrics and provide strategic insights.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles across regions and functions.
Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline, staying updated on global talent trends.
Enhance employer branding and drive diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
Mentor team members and collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve onboarding and recruitment processes.

What we expect
About you:

You have 10+ years in global talent acquisition with a strong track record in strategic recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management.
You had expertise in sourcing and hiring across diverse functions and regions, particularly in competitive markets.
You have strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills to engage with executive stakeholders.
You are proficient in recruitment technologies and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
