About the role

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist oversees the full cycle of L&D projects, including program design, stakeholder management, facilitation, and learning experience creation. This global role supports all levels of the company, providing coaching, L&D guidance, and contributing to Bolt’s success by implementing learning initiatives that drive skill development and future growth.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Support talent management strategy: Assist Talent Management leaders in delivering key priorities and projects aligned with company goals.
Lead & facilitate learning programs: Design, implement, and facilitate training, including leadership development, for diverse audiences
Evaluate & improve learning initiatives: Monitor program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder collaboration: Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and offer consultancy to key stakeholders.
Enhance learning ecosystem: Contribute to new learning tools (e.g., LMS), activation activities, and innovative learning interventions.
Drive Innovation & capability development: Explore AI-driven learning solutions, propose new ideas, and conduct capability assessments as needed.
What we expect
About you:
You have a bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field (master’s preferred).
You have 5+ years of experience in L&D, specializing in global program design, management, and implementation.
You have expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitating both online and live training.
You have experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional, international teams.
You have strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt learning solutions across cultures.
You have proficiency in LMS and e-learning platforms, with a keen interest in emerging learning technologies and trends.
