HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our People & Workplace team in Tbilisi, Georgia

About the role

The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, learning and development (L&D), HR process administration, and compensation and benefits management. This role will support all levels of the company, contributing to organizational growth through effective people strategies and programs.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Operate with autonomy and take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various roles. Use tools like Greenhouse to manage hiring processes
Facilitate learning programs by designing, implementing, and delivering training, including leadership development, to support continuous professional growth and align with company objectives
Ensure smooth onboarding processes to enhance new hire experiences. Manage comprehensive offboarding activities, including exit interviews, to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous process improvement
Administer HR processes with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
Assist in managing compensation and benefits programs to support employee engagement and retention. Participate in payroll processes, handle benefits-related inquiries, and ensure compliance with legal requirements
What we expect
About you:
You have 2 + years of experience in HR roles, preferably in talent acquisition, L&D, and HR operations
You have strong knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and channels
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
You have the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
You have proficiency in LMS and e-learning platforms, with a keen interest in emerging learning technologies and trends
