Customer Support Market Specialist, Finnish speaking

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Market Specialist to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride-hailing businesses focusing on supporting the Finnish ride-hailing market. The position would be based in our office in Tallinn, Estonia.

About the role

As a Customer Support Market Specialist, you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting passengers and drivers on Bolt's ride-hailing platform.
Relying on Bolt’s best practices as well as your common sense.
Working on issues in Finnish, and English.
Working on other projects aimed at improving our processes and customer experience.
What we expect
About you:
You have excellent Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
You have at least 1 year of work experience in any customer-facing role.
You have a positive and hard-working attitude.
You pay attention to details.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
