Workplace Experience Manager (Maternity Cover)
We are looking to hire a Workplace Experience Manager to join our People & Workplace team based in Accra, Ghana.
Please note that this role is a maternity leave cover and is offered as a fixed-term contract for 9 months.

About the role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Workplace Experience Manager who enjoys helping and guiding people. As the first point of contact for both our employees and partners, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with office-related matters, and ensure a seamless workplace experience. You thrive on solving challenges and take pride in making the office a comfortable and efficient space for everyone.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Taking care of all our offices in Ghana, making sure our offices are pleasant and welcoming. Meeting and greeting our guests visiting our office and directing them accordingly as well as notify staff of their arrival.
Helping with Office related admin tasks, collecting and organising packages, mail, invoices, receipts and forwarding those to correct stakeholders (including opening, scanning, archiving the sensitive documents).
Communicating with the landlord, cleaners, Internet providers, security company and solving office space related problems, as well as ordering office supplies and refreshments.
Helping to organise events and celebrations for the team.
Assisting our Regional Workplace Experience Manager, Real Estate team and other local teams, as well as supporting employees onboarding and off-boarding.
Other - because Bolt is a fast developing startup and there is always something around the corner.

What we expect
About you:
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
You have experience in facilities/office management, event coordination and administrative role, preferably in a fast scaling business or industry.
You care about people and be passionate about helping others.
You have a very good attention to detail
You have excellent spoken and written English, and any other language is a plus.
You are passionate about new technology (Tech Savvy) and communicating with international teams. As well as you are familiar with MacBook, Google Docs, Gmail, Slack (or an alternative), videoconferencing.
You are able to multitask, prioritise, be proactive, focus and be delicate with confidential information trusted to you.
