Marketing Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Partnerships Manager to lead high-impact acquisition and activation campaigns while driving partner incentives, sponsorships, and loyalty programs. Your mission will be to cultivate strategic, high-value partnerships that fuel growth and engagement for Bolt.

About the role

As part of the Marketing Partnerships team, you’ll collaborate with a diverse group of Bolt internal and external stakeholders to distribute Bolt’s ride solutions across major third-party publishers, app stores, navigation platforms, and brand programs. Your efforts will also enhance Bolt’s rewards and loyalty offerings through innovative partner incentives.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and expanding Bolt Ride’s Marketing Partnerships function, working directly with industry leaders such as Google, Apple, and Samsung, as well as top agencies and affiliates. This is an exciting opportunity to build impactful relationships, launch strategic initiatives, and make a tangible impact on Bolt’s growth.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Scale marketing partnerships to drive Bolt’s growth.
Develop market research, business cases, and strategies to accelerate global marketing partnerships.
Build and manage a pipeline of partnerships, running co-marketing campaigns.
Nurture partner relationships and create campaign assets (emails, presentations, ads) to ensure effective execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, legal, finance) to execute impactful initiatives.
Manage budgeting, monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve positive ROI, and share best practices..
What we expect
About you:
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or a related field, with a track record of success across multiple countries.
You can identify new business opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and drive business growth.
You have strong collaboration skills, with experience managing and coordinating projects within global, cross-functional teams.
You have hands-on experience in performance marketing, copywriting, and communication with a solid understanding of marketing KPIs (CPM, CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI).
You have excellent project management, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of data-driven decision-making.
You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills, proactive planning, and a results-oriented approach to campaign execution and reporting.
