Senior Product Manager, Bolt Drive

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a knack for growth challenges to join Bolt’s Drive team. In this role, you'll be the key product leader shaping the global user growth strategy for Bolt Drive, our car sharing product.

You will work directly with a team of product analysts, data scientists, and engineers and collaborate with the business team to ideate, build, measure, and ship solutions that will enable growth across Bolt Drive, which is the youngest and the most dynamic vertical in Bolt.

You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem.

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll shape the product strategy for Bolt Drive, aligning it closely with a broader business strategy, define measurable success metrics (on the profit and loss level) and measure the impact of the domain.

You will lead a cross-functional team responsible for rider experience in Bolt Drive - short and long term rentals, pricing and incentives strategy. You’ll have ownership over the vision, roadmap, delivery, and key results. Within the scope of your role you’ll identify opportunities, suggest improvements and take ownership of the implementation.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Defining and aligning the product strategy and roadmap with the domain’s objectives and user needs.
Designing experiments to inform product decisions and positioning with support from your analytics partner.
Being the main point of contact for product-related matters in your domain, providing regular updates to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch.
Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure product success and iterate on the product using the data insights.
Prioritising feature development and enhancement based on a deep understanding of customer needs and data analysis.
Leading and facilitating product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
What we expect
About you:
You have experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and you've shown your ability to drive business growth repeatedly.
You’ve successfully launched and scaled products within a similar field.
You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills that allow you to extract insights from data and make informed decisions.
You can communicate fluently in English, and your exceptional collaboration skills enable you to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
Having automotive, carsharing or car rentals experience is a plus, but not a critical requirement.
