Physical Security Manager
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Physical Security Manager to take ownership of the security operations across Bolt’s global assets.

About the role
As the Physical Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring security related aspects of Bolt operating assets. Additionally, you will manage stakeholder expectations through monthly data syncs and reporting.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage the physical security controls for all premises, including sensitive data used for physical security systems;
Oversee the use of external security service providers and audit and enforce the physical access requirements for all premises;
Lead the organizational loss prevention strategy;
Develop and conduct organizational training for physical and information security matters, while leading the efforts to build the organizational security culture;
Implement risk mitigation measures for security threats at local premises;
Facilitate business reporting requirements and assist in the development of identification/reporting mechanisms.

You have a strong knowledge of security controls, surveillance systems, access control mechanisms, and perimeter security measures for corporate premises and a great understanding of data protection principles;
You bring the ability to oversee, evaluate, and manage third-party security service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and performance standards;
You possess experience in conducting security audits, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices;
You have a strong ability to analyze and implement measures that reduce security risks, prevent losses, and properly report security-related incidents, including conducting root cause analyses;
You have the ability to develop and conduct training programs to educate employees on security policies, threats, and best practices;
You have a proven track record in managing security budgets, optimizing cost-effective security measures, and justifying security investments to senior leadership.
