About the role

As a Legal Intern, you’ll support the Legal Team in both long-term projects and day-to-day operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in one of these teams: Privacy & Data Protection, Legal Product Team, HQ Legal Team, Global Field, Commerce/Platform, Corporate Legal.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Work closely with a dedicated legal team on daily tasks.
Take ownership of key projects with deliverables over the internship period.
Identify areas for improvement and propose updated processes.
Support the legal team in various operations as directed by your manager.
What we expect
About you:
You are a Law Master's student or graduate based in Tallinn.
You are fluent in English.
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed.
You are available for full-time work from 16 June to 19 August 2025.

Team Descriptions: Privacy & Data Protection - Ensures compliance with global data protection laws, manages privacy risks, and supports teams in safeguarding user and employee data across all markets.   Legal Product Team - Works closely with product and engineering teams to provide legal guidance on product launches, features, and compliance-by-design, enabling innovation within legal boundaries.   HQ Legal Team - Supports core business functions at HQ, including strategic legal initiatives, corporate governance, and high-level contract negotiation.   Global Field - Provides legal support to Bolt's local teams across various countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and enabling operational success in global markets.   Commerce/Platform - Supports Bolt’s payment solutions, e-commerce initiatives, and Commerce domain teams by providing legal guidance on financial regulations, platform integrity, and user protection.   Corporate Legal - Handles corporate governance, M&A, financing, entity management, and supports the business with complex corporate structuring and regulatory filings.
