Bolt's summer internship is built for university students and recent graduates. Our 12-month Product Builder Graduate Programme is a full-time role designed to fast-track your career in product development. Both programmes focus on learning, growth, and making a real impact.

What to expect

This is your chance to learn, develop, and lay the foundation for your career at a leading tech company.
Week 1: Kick off your internship by mastering our tools, processes, and culture. You'll meet your team and connect with the fellow intern cohort.
Weeks 2–10: Dive into real-world projects, participate in specialised workshops, and attend events. This is where you build your network and make meaningful contributions.
Mentorship and growth: You'll work closely with a dedicated mentor who provides continuous feedback and supports your development throughout the programme.

12-month Product Builder Graduate Programme

Launch your career with Bolt's 12-month Graduate Programme, specifically designed to develop AI-native Product Builders. This isn't your average graduate role. You'll be embedded in a high-impact team, owning real problems and shipping real solutions—using AI as leverage across the entire product lifecycle. By the end of the programme, you'll be ready to step into a role as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or Product Designer, backed by hands-on experience in an AI-first environment.

Kick off your journey with a bootcamp week. You'll master our tools, processes, and product development framework while immersing yourself in Bolt's culture alongside your fellow associates.

AI-first builder

From day one, you'll integrate AI across every stage of the product lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, building, and iteration. What you'll do:
Work with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and advanced AI coding assistants.
Build and deploy real features and product improvements.
Learn to treat AI as a powerful force multiplier—not a shortcut.

Deep-dive into a Product Team

Instead of rotating across teams, you'll spend the full 12 months embedded in one product area. Why? Because depth builds mastery. What you'll do:
Work within a small, cross-functional team.
Design, develop, and ship real products.
Take meaningful features from initial idea to final release.
You won't just shadow—you'll contribute.

You're a recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, Economics, Human Behaviour, or a related field.
You're curious and tech-driven, with a passion for solving complex problems.

You're an active AI user, already leveraging tools to build and experiment.
You've built things—whether it's side projects, hackathons, startups, or experimental tools.

Kickstart your hardware engineering career at the forefront of micromobility! As a Field Application Engineering Intern at Bolt, you'll be integral to ensuring the smooth operation and technical excellence of our scooter and e-bike fleet. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with hardware engineers, operations teams, and suppliers, diving into diagnostics, component validation, issue tracking, and process standardization that directly impact our service. This is a 11-week summer internship starting in June 2026. Please note: we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role, so make sure you’re all set to be in Estonia if you apply!
