Compliance Intern

About the role
As a Compliance Intern, you’ll support the team in both long-term projects and day-to-day operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in one of these teams: Insurance, Sustainability, Risk & Compliance.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Support the team with policy administration and documentation.
Work on contracts and policy structures, learning how Bolt insures its services worldwide.
Assist with regulatory research to stay updated on evolving laws and industry standards.
Review and update compliance checklists to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Risk, Privacy and Compliance.
Take ownership of small projects, helping to improve processes and reporting.
What we expect
About you:
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
You are a student or graduate in Law, Business, Risk Management, or Environmental Studies, based in Tallinn.
You are proactive and detail-oriented, with a willingness to get hands-on.
You are comfortable working with data and documentation in a structured way.
You are available for full-time work from 16 June to 19 August 2025.
