Financial Controlling Intern

About the role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and eager-to-learn individual to support our lease management and finance operations. You’ll assist with tasks like entering lease data, reviewing supplier invoices, and helping with month-end closing activities.
This role offers great exposure to financial processes and the opportunity to make a real impact while learning and growing in the field.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Assisting in the search and identification of lease agreements across various sources.
Entering and maintaining accurate lease data in the new lease management system.
Supporting the rollout of new lease management solutions to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Reviewing supplier invoices to ensure alignment with predefined formulas and accounting standards.
Validating data and performing internal checks to support accurate month-end closing activities.
Providing support in building controls over approval processes, including reviewing workflows in the invoice approval system.

What we expect
About you:
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
You are ideally a Master’s student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bachelor’s students with at least two years of studies completed are also encouraged to apply.
You’re highly motivated, eager to learn, and quick to pick up new concepts.
You have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with structured data and processes.
You’re proactive, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently or in collaboration with others.
You communicate clearly in English and are excited to contribute to real-world finance operations.
