Accounting Intern

About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Intern to dive into the world of financial operations. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with invoice processing, expense tracking, and account reconciliations, playing a key part in keeping our financial processes running smoothly.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices and employee expense reports in line with internal procedures.
Supporting Accounts Payable KPI tracking and analysis.
Assisting with the documentation of new processes, as the payments function is consolidated under the Accounts Payable team.
Contributing to the month-end closing cycle by applying your knowledge and logical thinking in a hands-on manner.
Reconciling financial records while developing the ability to identify discrepancies and key areas of interest.
Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements in Accounts Payable and Accounting Operations.

You are ideally a Bachelor student with at least 2 years of studies completed, or a Master’s student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
You’re highly motivated, eager to learn, and quick to pick up new concepts.
You have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with structured data and processes.
You’re proactive, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently or in collaboration with others.
You communicate clearly in English and are excited to contribute to real-world finance operations.
