About the role
The graduate program is an annual initiative designed to attract and retain top early-career talent in product roles in Estonia. The program follows an 18-month rotational structure, where you will complete two rotations of three quarters each, gaining experience across both vertical and horizontal teams. Upon completion, you will graduate into a full-time Product Designer role, equipping you with the skills and experience needed to drive impact within the organization.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Design with impact – Focus on projects that deliver user and business value.
User-centered research – Conduct usability testing, competitor analysis, and synthesize insights to guide design decisions.
Design execution – Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma.
Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to craft great user experiences.
Communication & alignment – Present and document design decisions clearly to ensure team alignment.
Measure & iterate – Define UX metrics, track success, and refine designs based on feedback.

You're starting your journey in Product Design – Whether you're a fresh graduate or transitioning from another field like design, human behavior, or related sciences.
You have hands-on experience – Your portfolio includes real-world projects from internships, freelance work, personal projects, or redesign challenges.
You understand the fundamentals of UX/UI – You grasp core principles like usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy and have hands-on experience with design tools like Figma.
You’re aware of design systems & user research – You understand how design systems function and recognize the importance of user research in UX.
You have a curious & problem-solving mindset – You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, structured in your thinking, and thrive on solving design challenges.
You communicate & collaborate effectively – You're fluent in English, work well with cross-functional teams, and can articulate design decisions clearly.
