People Technology Intern

About the role
Join our People Technology team and you will get the chance to sit at the intersection of People (HR) and technology, making sure our internal tools run smoothly and serve Bolt's people effectively.
Whether it’s contributing to configure a business process, supporting a product rollout, or tidying up data, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the digital experience for our People team and the wider organization.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting Bolt employees, helping them navigate Workday - ensuring they have the support and guidance they need to navigate our People Technology stack and complete important tasks.
Supporting new product improvements: Our team is regularly improving core elements in Workday via agile sprints—security, business processes, reports, time off plans, and more. We need to ensure everything makes sense and is tested properly prior to going live to the business, and this is a group effort.
Collaborating cross-functionally with our Data Integrity team, People Partners, the People Analytics team, and other important stakeholders to fix problems at source and educate our employees and other People & Workplace teams on how to get the most out of our systems.
