We’re excited to welcome 4 interns in total to join Bolt’s People & Workplace team this summer! Curious about how we shape employee experience behind the scenes? Over 9 paid weeks, you'll get real-world experience in either talent management, people technology, people data, or total rewards teams.

About the role
Join our Total Rewards team as an intern, where you'll support diverse projects and gain hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, and equity programs.
This is your chance to learn global practices directly from experts, strengthen your HR and analytical skills, and build a strong foundation for your career.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Support the team with compensation and benefits policies, administration, and communication.
Help analyse employee benefits data, benchmarks, and market research.
Assist in preparing materials and data for the EU pay transparency project.
Conduct market research on competitors, roles, and job titles to support job levelling.
Collaborate on exciting projects across the broader People team.
What we expect
About you:
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
You are currently studying HR, Business, Analytics, or a related field and eager to apply your skills in practice.
You're curious about compensation, benefits, and equity topics, and motivated to learn more.
You enjoy working with data, numbers, and market research, with strong attention to detail.
You're proactive, collaborative, and comfortable communicating clearly within a team.
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus, but eagerness to learn matters most.
